General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM
I appreciate your concern.

After having gone through the history narrated in your query, I am of the opinion that you had "coitus interruptus" (pull out or withdrawal method).

The effectiveness of this pull out method in preventing pregnancy is always doubtful. Pregnancy can still occur. This is because the pre-ejaculate, or pre-cum from your penis contains sufficient number of active and motile sperms capable of causing fertilization of the released egg and thus pregnancy.

Pregnancy is also possible if semen or pre-ejaculate is spilled on the vulva.

Since her monthly period is already delayed by 5-10 days, it is better to get the pregnancy test done on her urine sample to confirm pregnancy.

In case of a positive pregnancy test, I would advise her to take gynecologist's consultation because it is DANGEROUS to take the medications to terminate the pregnancy without a medical advice.

Hope to have answered your query.
