Is Pregnancy Possible Through Intercourse 5 Days After Ovulation?

Is it possible to get pregnant 5 days after ovulation? I was wondering if this was possible as I had sex with my boyfriend a few days back but it was 5 days after I ovulated. I know because I felt it when it was happening! Anyway I was wondering how likely it is as it was unprotected and while he never truly went inside me his penis was near my vagina opening. I have faith that he would tell me if he ejaculated or pre ejaculated in/on me and didn the say anything but I amust ignorant as to weather he would feel it coming or not. Anyway just want to know my chances as my period is due to start in 3 days thanks

Hi,

As a physician I would like to tell you that ejaculation in and around your vaginal opening 5 days around ovulation is always a risk for getting pregnant. I would advise to you that you should use extra protection like OC Pills and condoms.

I would advise you to wait till your periods and if you miss it take a home UPT test and if it comes positive, visit a MD Obgy as soon as possible.
