Is Pregnancy Possible Post Sterilization?
I gave birth last year August 28th and was sterilised just after giving birth, since Ive been getting normal menstruation round about the same time every month but for the last 2 months it has been irregular and this month of July I have not gotten any menstruation yet, can I be preganant or is it normal to miss my menstruation when Im sterile?

Missed periods have nothing to do with contraceptive surgery.
How ever there may be other reasons for delayed or missed periods.Apart from some gynaecological causes ,pregnancy is a quite rare possibility in this situation of yours.
Please be calm and I would advise for a routine check up in this line.
