Is Pregnancy Possible In A Woman With Polymennorhea?
Hi, I am 28 years old and got polymennorhea (Periods comes twice in a month) for past two months... Took blood test on day 2, shows fsh-10.27 and LH-9.48...Am having normal ovarian reserve?...plz tell me can I get pregnant with this haromone levels... Thanks for your reply...
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Pregnancy is possible in persons with polymenorrhia if you have good ovarian reserves. You need to undergo follicular study to see when ovulation is taking place and how well your endometrium has prepared for implantation, in case fertilization takes place. In case it is not conducive, your periods need to be regularized with medication, so that it would improve the chances of conceiving. Kindly consult Gynecologist for proper evaluation and management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
