Is Pregnancy Possible In A Woman Having Mild Free Fluid In POD?

hi doctor mild pod was discovered in me and before the sugery I experienced abdominal pains on my right,last year march30 I had my appendix removed and an ovarian mass was removed it was next to the ovary.so I want to no if its possible for me to conceive in the future as of now am still busy,i haven t yet started tryin for kids as I feel am not yet fit due to the sugery I did.

Of course it should be possible. Even if 1 ovary is not fully functional, the second one should be. But consult your gynecologist either way and she will guide you through to sucessful conception hopefully.
