Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hey doc...my date was 28th dec and had sex on 19th of jan ... and took unwanted 72 within 30 hrs and hav periods on time as 29...is it possible that i can b pregnent.plz ans

2) As you might be aware that in a woman with regular cycles day 10 to 20 is the most fertile period of the cycle. You had sex activity on day23 of the cycle and also you have correctly taken Tablet Unwanted 72 within 30 hours.

This kind of emergency contraceptive tablets are effective when taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex act.

3) As you had your periods on 29th January, it clearly indicates that you are not pregnant. So do not worry at all.

4) It won't be wrong on my side to suggest you to get proper sex counselling done . This help to prevent dilemma about sex and pregnancy issues.
Use of barrier method like condom will prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.
