hi. i m sorry to tell this but i took some Nordette pills after i intercourse with my bf. i had a withdrawal bleeding after 8 days and it took 5 days till it stop. now i m just waiting for my second period. but its already 1 week late now base on my expecting due date. now i m scared if i m pregnant. this past few days i ve been over eating. i don t know if i m pregnant because i haven t intercourse again after that incident. no, we had been horny but i just give him blowjob and he tries to enter in me with my undies on. i have a big belly and i cant figure out if i m pregnant. i m just experiencing overeating but i don t find sour foods.

Yes, pregnancy is quite possible after taking Nordette pills.

Nordette is a combine oral contraceptive ("birth control pill") which contains two hormones (Levonorgestrel & Ethinyloestradiol) which prevent you from becoming pregnant if taken regularly and correctly.

Usually it is not an effective emergency or post coital contraceptive pill.

Because your body will require at least 7 days to adjust before a pregnancy will be prevented and for that reason an additional birth control method (such as condoms or a diaphragm) is advised for at least first 7 days of starting Nordette.

Now, since you seem to have had withdrawal bleeding and the next period is delayed by one week it may be due to hormonal imbalance which needs to be evaluated by a gynecologist.
