Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Unwanted 72 After Intercourse?

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend just the day after my periods and took unwanted 72 tablet within 48 hours and after 6 to 7 days I got in periods (which lasted for 6 to 7 days) now its 42 days after my sex and i m not getting periods...I m scares of getting pregnant help me.

Hello Dear. Immediately after periods if you have sex there is no possibility of pregnancy because atleast for the next three days after periods its safe period. If you have sex around the time of ovulations that is 10th to 18th day it is unsafe. At this time unwanted 72 gives some protection but not complete.Pregnancy is still possible because of failure rate. The only way to confirm pregnancy is urine pregnancy test. Also USG abdomen will tell you for sure whether you are pregnant or not.
