Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Postinor 2 is an emergency contraceptive pill which needs to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. If she has taken it properly, then she needs to be protected. It will cause withdrawal bleeding within 3 weeks from the date of intake of pill. Since she has got that, her pregnancy should be negative. Bleeding ideally happens between 3 to 5 days as her usual periods.
