Hi,
With repeated negative pregnancy tests, chances of pregnancy are very little; in view of the past history of recent irregular cycles, it is more likely that you have some hormonal imbalance that is causing this delay in the cycle. Yet, to clarify the issue, you can have a serum beta-hCG titre estimated along with a trans-vaginal sonogram. Please see a specialist for a proper appraisal of the situation and further management. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
