Hi,
You cannot be pregnant when you are still menstruating unless you have an uterine anomaly and especially after tubal ligation. Please test for hormone status as hyperprolactinemic states can cause such symptoms. An assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres, a trans-vaginal sonogram and a clinical evaluation will help to clarify the situation. Further management can be accordingly planned. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.

See, if ur tubes were tied as well as u r having periods also, u can't be pregnant. Leakage from breast is not normal, it can be because of some hormonal or other problems, u should consult doctor soon.
