Is Pregnancy Effectively Protected Upon Missing Microlite Pill?

I m on micro lite pill for protection. I forgot to take my pill on Friday morning so I skipped it and took Saturday s as normal. I only have 2 tablets left in the packet. Am I protected during sex? Also am I protected during my seven day break? Would you advise I begin my seven day break early as I only have two tablets left?

I would advise you not to miss the remaining two pills. Contraceptive pills are most effective when taken regularly at he same time till the course conpletes. However, missing one pill may not cause any damage.

To answer your other question, yes, you are protected during the gap when your pills are over and your menstruation begins. However, do not cause this gap early by missing another two pills.
