Is pre hypertension curable only by exercise?

i am 42 years of age i have prehypertension 140/90-95 since the age 27 years on wards i am not using any medicines except doing long walking exercises regularly

First of all 140/90-95 is not pre hypertension. It is stage 1 hypertension. Continue your exercises.
