Hello,
I appreciate your concern. I want to assure you not to worry about posterier placenta, as liquior is sufficient and no evidence of placental separation. Low lying placenta grade I is there, so be careful not to exert much and dont carry heavy things, as it can detach placenta and it will complicate.
And its initial days, so just take enough precautions not to carry heavy things and take proper rest, then there will not be any kind of complications later days. There will not be any risk to baby and mother.
Hope this will help you and you can further ask any queries to me anytime.
