Is Pinching Sensation In Vagina A Symptom Of UTI?

Hi Dr. I just took a home test for UTI and tested positive for leukocyte but negative on nitrates. I have a burning sensation when I pee and also frequent urgency to pee. Beside that I feel small pinches in my vagina is this normal and common symptom of UTI? I am already taking Ciprofloxacin. Thank you
