Dear sir I am Prasad of Bangalore city of India. I relocated here from city Hyderabad of Indian in 2008. I am suffering with hypertension since 2006. Recently 3 months ago one of the physicians changed my medicine as fallows. Earlier medicine                              recently changed to Revas H                                    Tajolac Am 1-0-0     1-0-0 clopitab 75 mg                                   clopitab A 1-0-0     1-0-0 Roseday 10mg                                   met XL 25 mg 0-0-1 B/F                                   0-0-1 nebilong 10mg                              tonact 10 mg 0-0-1     0-0-1 becosulse Z                                   bicosulse Z 1-0-1     0-1-1 1.     After starring these new medicines I am facing some times constipation and some times loosen bowel. 2.     40 days back suddenly bleeding during the bowel has incurred fallowed by itching and wound in the anus. 3.     Then I started tablet CIFRAN CT 1-0-1, BECELAC FORTE 1-0-1, APPLICATION OF FAKTU OINTMENT AND LOOZ laxative in the night 4.     everything was cured 7 days back and I stopped CIFRAN CT 1-0-1, BECELAC FORTE 1-0-1, APPLICATION OF FAKTU OINTMENT AND LOOZ laxative 5.     All of sudden since morning of 14th June burning during and the after bowel started. Some itching bubbles around on the left side buttock. Immediately I rushed to one of the surgeons. Without any deep diagnose he declared it is fissure and piles which to be operated immediately. By the same time my physicians asked me for 7 days medication stopping the clopitab to make me fit for surgery. 6.     Today 17th June 15, 2010 I am finding some bubbles in nose too. 7.     I am feeling extreme body heat with said medicine and it is causing said problems. Please let me know is ther any possibility to cure the piles .fissures with medicine. And is there any no side effective good medicine for hypertension. ( it is not in control with changed medicine) Please advice earliest With regards prasad
