pernicious anemia and I was wondering is it common to have muscle spasms in my legs and arms? I have had numerous tests done and they can t figure out why I am getting these. I do have to take my b12 injections every two weeks now and that only keeps my b12 level at 612. it is making life very hard for me and I am only 36
