Is Performing Cunnilingus With A Cold Sore Dangerous?

Ok I got a cold sore yesterday and I sucked my man penis same day but I didn t think it was a cold sore and we had sex. Is anything going to happen because I am really scared and right now it really bad and it has not been 24 hours yet, but I am putting cream on it right now. PLZ help me

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Painless sore on the genital area can be due to sexually transmitted disease like syphilis.
Thus, there are chances of transmitting the infection to sexual partner.
I suggest you and your partner to get investigated for syphilis.
VDRL is the test done for syphilis and if reactive further confirmatory tests have to be done.
If non-reactive the possibility of syphilis is ruled out.
