Is Peanuts For School Going Kids Safe Or Not?

In July of 2011 my husband had laparoscopic gall
Bladder surgery. His small intestine was knicked which lead to a second surgery. Further damage was done resulting in a bowel obstruction. A third surgery removed several inches of intestines and removal of the ileocecal valve. He has had constant diarrhea since. A gastroenterologist is treating him with several Imodium daily, cholestyramine, an IBS medication, probiotics and he is trying a gluten free diet. Nothing seems to be helping with the diarrhea. Is there anything else that can be done?
