Is Pain On The Groin Area Common Post A Vaginal Hysterectomy?

It has been eight months since my laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy. My cervix and ovaries were also removed. Should I still feel little tweaks and pulls in that area? I had uterine cance and my pelvic lymph nodes were also removed and I ache in my groin area

Hi.

Yes, this is a major surgery and feeling a few pulls and a little pain every now and then is expected. But they should subside over time, be strong and I wish you the best in health and life.

Best wishes.
