Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

Pain in the penis can be because minor trauma due to repeated sex or genital infection.
Any direct skin or mucosal contact with genital surface of infected person can be cause of herpes simplex virus infection.
There is less possibilty of other sexually transmitted disease as you have been wearing condom and there have been no unprotected intercourse.
I recommemd you to get your blood tested for Herpes Simplex Infection type 1 and 2.
Maintain genital hygiene .
Wash the genitals with soap and water after every intercourse.
Keep an eye on signs of infection like burning micturation, skin lesions in genital area or any discharge.
Report immediately to physician in such case.

Hope I answered your query.
