Is Pain In Lower Right Quadrant Of Abdomen Be Due To Kidney Infection?

How do I determine if I have kidney stones or kidney infection? I have pain on the right side (stomach and back area). I also feel like going to the bath room a lot. The pain in the stomach area feels like someone is squeezing me real tight (pressure wise). I don t have to terrible pain, but its uncomfortable right now. I also just had blood drawn on Saturday and have the results back from that.
