Is Ovarian Cancer, Related With Pelvic Pain And Cyst In Ovary?
I've been suffering with pelvic pain and backache for months, along with irregular periods. (I'm currently having brown discharge on and off for 5 weeks). I am taking cerazette after having the contraceptive implant removed in October. I had an external ultrasound in November and they said that I had a cyst on my ovary but I had no futher investigations done. What's going on? I'm gettign really worried that I have overian cancer.

I understand your concern , As such no need to worry only having cyst does not mean that you have ovarian cancer, Cyst can be benign or its just a follicular cyst that is non functional cyst its depends on size of cyst and consistency , Cyst size less than 8cm and cystic in consistency are usually benign. Pelvic pain and backache may be due to other causes such as stretching of ligaments etc.
