Is Osteoarthritis Associated With Shoulder Pain?

my right shoulder hurts. it s more of a stinging pain. I have not been hit, as in football or some other impact. I sleep on my right side, which I believe could be the problem. I have osteoarthritis in both knees. Could this be a reason for this? Thank you!

hi
I understand your concern
you are complaining of right shoulder pain with sleep position related
there is many causes of shoulder pain may be tendinitis, rotator cuff disease or impingement, osteoarthritis and acromio clavicular arthropathy these are associated with pain and limitation of movement.
you should be examined by a specialist because there are many tests in shoulder joint to determine exact cause
I think its not related to your knee
and all these conditions aggravated by been compressed during sleep.
