Is Oceanzyme Spray Safe To Heal Diabetic Wound?

Hi Doctor, My father is a diabetic. He had a surgery two months ago on his foot and now his wound doesn t heal. Sugar level is normal, he doesn t need insulin as our doctor said. I read a lot of reviews from people about Oceanzyme spray/ wound care that it s good for healing the diabetes wound. I need an advice if it s real. please help. thank you

hi. My humble opinion is to try insulin till the wound heals. Apart from controlling sugars insulin helps in healing of wounds. oceanzyme spray can be tried in addition to insulin.
