Is Numbness In The Fingers Associated With Low Hemoglobin Levels?

Hi am 27 yrs old female I have the problem of increase bleeding during mensus from 3-4 months and I checked my hb level was 10.5g/dl. From last one week I have been getting numbness in my index middle and thumb finger of right hand. Could this be related?

no low hemoglobin cannot cause finger numbness instead low hemoglobin levels cause difficulty in breathing tiredness and sometimes it causes dizziness
