Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain numbness of feet and toes after spraining of the feet can be due to nerve inflammation or nerve injury supplying the area secondary to injury..
Gradually as the inflammation and swelling will subside and swelling will proceed the sensations will gradually improve..
You can continue doing cool compresses, apply a muscle relaxant gel over it as well as take Ibuprofen or Naproxen to relieve inflammation and pain..
You can also start taking Vitamin B complex as it helps in nerve healing..
Elevate your feet while lying down..
Do not exert excessively and do not walk in excess..
If the sensations does not improve in next 15 days consult a Neurophysician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
