Is Nose Bleeding Normal After Injury To Back Of Head?

Hi. My wife fell from the horse yesterday. She landed on her back and she also banged her head after which her nose started to bleed. Could you please tell me whether it is normall to have nose bleed after banging back of the head? She is very reluctant to go to doctor. She s got a very bad backache, now but she is not complaining about headache. Thanks for your help....

Hii..

Its not natural to have nose bleeding after fall on the back, if there is no direct trauma to nose.
I will advise you to go to ER for review and get a CT scan brain done to rule out any fracture of the skull base.
