Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Pregnancy test can remain positive for up to three weeks after an abortion or a delivery since the pregnancy hormones take some time to achieve non-pregnant status. If you had products retained after the abortion, you could have symptoms like pain, spotting etc., which you did not have. A trans-vaginal sonogram performed by an experienced sonographer should detect retained products. In the current scenario, another pregnancy also is a possibility if sufficient time elapsed after the abortion. Hope this helps.
