Hi! Docter, i had a hit on my head a year back by slipping down having no external wound or injury and got unconsious for sometime. i had all my medical tests on that day but was all normal. after some months my head started paining a lot. i was prescribed by some medicines that made me little bit better but they were not working good... i changed my docter 25 days back and he prescribed me NAXDOM 500 that is showing some relief in my head as the pain does not happens so frequently as earlier does. but the medicine causes some dryness in my mouth all the time inspite i drink a lot of water in a day. it makes my head feel like something heavy. my memory is also not as sharp as earlier as it was after this injury. so , i basically want to ask, is it the proper medication which is given to me and is it have some side effects also... my age is 32 years, height is 5'11" and weight is 72 kgs.
