Is Nausea Related To Stomach Problems Due To POTS?

Hi I have been having severe nausea all day long for the pass week, and it only stops when and a short time after eating. I have several stomach problems due to my postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and I'm on several meds. I'm not sure if its something related to those things or something completely different.
