Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query. I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1)First of all do not panic.

2) It is too early to detect pregnancy , within 3 days after embryo transfer.I will suggest you to get blood beta HCG test on day 9 after the embryo transfer. This can helps to get idea about implantation of embryos.

3) Even with PCOS, you can expect that if there are no periods 15 days after embryo transfer, you can suspect pregnancy.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you good health.
With regards
Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar
