Is Natural Pregnancy Possible For A Woman With Hydrosalpinx?
Hi, I had a right side ovarian torsion 2007,2008 fibroid embolization,&myomectomy 2014 all this due to fibroids.now a year later I was dx with hydrosalphinx in my left tube.my only tube left.doctors say I will never concieve naturally,is that true?is there any cases where hydro dissappears on its own?I found out through an hsg that I have a blockage.last year before my myomectony they did the same test and my tube was healthy and in good condition.did some thing go wrong during the surgery?.is there a possibilty that I will never have a child?what would be the best procudur to do inorder to increase my chance of concieving

Hydrosalpinx of the only fallopian tube reduced the chances of conception.
The mature ovum has to travel from the ovary to the uterus via fallopian tube.
Any blockage or any other problem in fallopian tube will interfere with the transportation of ovum from ovary to uterus.
Thus, natural conception will not be possible.
Assisted reproductive techniques will have to be followed wherein the ovum will be retrieved from the ovum directly and undergo fertilization in vitro or outside body.
After fertilization, the fertilized ovum is implanted back into the uterus.
I suggest you to consult an infertility expert for further information and management.
