Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

How old are you? The prostate weight would range from 18-25 grams so a 22 grams prostate would be excellent.

Renal parenchymal disease means the kidneys are slowly being destroyed or degraded. This is commonly due to hypertension and diabetes. If you are concerned with kidney function I would recommend getting a serum creatinine and urinalysis to determine extent of damage. Also I would encourage you to see a nephrologist for early intervention to protect the kidneys.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://www.HealthcareMagic.com/doctors/dr-manuel-c-see-iv/66014 I would gladly help you. Best wishes
