Is My Periods Delayed Because Of Having Sex ?

i did sex but a month ago my priods are delyed i know i'm not pregnant but menses are late plzzz tell me solution of this i'm worried about that.plzz. i do sex and my periods are dely know and my stomach ae also disturbed know duo to stress why my periods are delayed plzz give me the solution and i know i m not pragnent.

If you did unprotected sex then there is always a risk of getting pregnant;so get a urine pregnancy test done with a first morning sample of urine to rule out pregnancy.Once it is confirmed that there is no pregnancy you can consult a doctor and get prescribed medicine to regulate the delayed periods.Delay in periods can be caused due to causes like stress;hormonal imbalance;ovarian cyst also .So first rule out pregnancy and then get treated for the delayed periods.
