Is my left abdominal pain related to smoking ? How can I quit smoking to improve my health ?

Hello Sir/Ma am, I am 22 years old & i have been smoking for the last 8 years now. Now some times my left abdominal pains a bit. I m afraid if this pain is caused by smoking. And please suggest me something through which i can quit smoking .

Smoking can cause oesophageogastritis. It also causes many many cancers. You need to get an endoscopy to confirm it s not an ulcer otherwise it can bleed very much later. STOP SMOKING. Eat bland food, no spicy food. Get evaluated by your Doctor and find a way to quit smoking and also no alcohol.
