, viral infections, starvation
, chronic illnesses etc.
Kindly continue taking healthy balanced diet with plenty of proteins, calcium and fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink 1-2 litres of water a day. Exercise daily by brisk walking for 40 minutes a day. Get 6-8 hours of sleep daily. All this will speed up the hair growth process and increase stamina and strength for good health.
If the hair growth does not resume well after 2 weeks, kindly consult your Dermatologist
to evaluate you for androgenic hair fall
. This may require different medication if it is the case.
