Is My Child Normal If No Vomiting Is There After Head Injury?

My 2-year daughter was hit in the eye last night with Wii remote, no bruising no uncomfortable symptoms. Today she jumped off of the sofa and bumped her forehead. Now has a quarter size semi-squishy bump over same eye as last night. Just woke up from nap 6 hours after fall and now she has blackish-blue bag under eye. She has acted totally normal, no vomiting, no confusion... Nothing. Does it sound like she s okay

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, in case of head trauma if there is loss of consciousness, vomiting, mouth or nose bleed or seizures then its a serious issue. In your case, i feel that the injury is mainly below eye. This does not feels serious but an eye examination by opthalmologist is a must. Take care.
