Is Mx3 Capsule Helpful For Breast Mass ?

I m already 18, female, but my breasts are extremely small, like, really. I so think that it s having an abnormal growth, and I m scared that it won t grow anymore. It has affected my self-esteem, and my social life, and technically, my whole lifestyle. I haven t consulted any medical advice cuz I m too shy to let anybody know. I don t wanna go artificial, so, I m planning to take this MX3 capsule that, says in the advertisement, for breast mass . I just want to know if it is really effective and how effective it is, how long it ll take effect, and what are the signs that it s working, and also, the side effects in using it.

MX3 capsules is a herbal product.
There is no scientific evidence of having any positive effects.
Having good experience about this drug by few persons can not prove its efficacy or any harmful side effects.
For good breast development you require high nourishing diet,more milk,pulses, butter, ghee,
Take Iron,B.complex and multivitamin supplements.
Do some pectoralis exercise.
You may try breast suction pump,but its effectiveness is no proved.
