Hello,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

Both Aspirin and Naproxyen are Non Steroidal Antiinflammatory Drugs (NSAID). Combining 2 NSAID's can sometimes lead to gastritis and gastric ulcers especially if you already have hyperacidity problems.

I do not suggest you to overuse pain killers while dealing with chronic headaches. You are at risk to develop medication overuse headaches. Instead, I encourage you to consult your physician for proper evaluation and management of migraines.

Hope this answers your query.

Wish you good health.

Regards
