Is Missed Menstrual Period With HCG Negative A Cause For Concern?
My cycle is 16 days late, and I have taken two HCG tests (one a week before my expected period, and one a week after my expected period), but both have came up negative. Before my first pregnancy this would be normal for me to have irregular cycles... but ever since my cycle has returned, they have been 29-30 day cycles. I feel all the same symptoms from my first pregnancy right now, but those tests came back negative so could it just be my body is becoming irregular again? Thank you!

Irregularity can return at times, but pregnancy will of course have to be ruled out. Some women return negative results to a home pregnancy test up until the 3 rd month of their pregnancy so do not worry about it. Visit your doctot for an ultrasound examination at least 6 weeks from your last menstrual period, for a confirmation/ruling out of your pregnancy status.
