Understanding your concern. As per your query you have mildly elevated blood pressure. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like sleep apnea , kidney problems , adrenal gland tumor , thyroid problems , defects in blood vessels , medications like decongestants , pain reliever or stress . The normal range of blood pressure is 120/80 - 140/90 , so the is slight elevation in systolic blood pressure . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination and rule out above mention conditions . Doctor may prescribe calcium channel blockers , betablockers along with diuretics . For now continue your cardio workout and stay relax by doing meditation and yoga , also reduce your salt consumption .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
