Is Mild Abdominal Pain Normal During An Orgasm?

Hi I had an ectopic pregnancy and i had my second shot of metrothraxate on the 21 of January all is back to normal my hormones level is back to 0 and i don t have anymore discharge coming out I know still can t have intercourse and i had couple of orgasm that give me a mild pain is this normal? And i haven t had my period yet is this ok as well?

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, you don't need to worry really.
Your uterus is under a healing phase. Hormones released during an orgasm is causing contraction of your healing uterus. That doesn't mean that you must not enjoy a healthy sexual life. Even right now you can continue to do so, while the uterus heals itself with time. Slowly, you will be able to have intercourse as well.
