Hi, i underwent a semen analysis. I was told that the liquefaction time is around 4 hours. Apart from this the motality and sperm count is good. Can you guide whether this is a big issue ? if not, will there be problems for fertility. What is the next check on this. medication or other tests.

normal liquefaction time for semen is around 30 minutes. prolonged liquefaction times are usually seen in the infections. you might need treatment for any ongoing urinary or genital infections.
