Is masturbation harmful for health ?

hi doc. i m from far far away country. i do mastrebute about 4 years. i tried to break my habit. i ve been tried so hard, but...! i haven t sex since now. i want to know that what are bad effect of that?

it is normal activity in a normal healthy person with normal sexual development
feeling guilty about the act is the cause of all problem
so enjoy the act and do not feel guilty

Hi Brother, there are no side effects of masturbation..., but rare side effect is phimosis due to fibrosis of the skin of penis... you can avoid by stop watching porn movies, pictures., obscene videos.. concentrate on studies, divert the mind to sport, game play... other activities.. spirituality may also be helpful reading word of God will stop you by doing it..
