Is Masturbating 3 Times In A Week A Problem?

Dear sir,

I am a person who use to masturbate 3 times in a week.... is it a problem? whether it will affect our skin.. I have more dry and sensitive skin.(Hereditary). I use to drink more water and food once I masturbate.

My physique is good!! Weight 68 Kg.

Please help me in this.
