Hi,
I did review your concern, Marijuana can cause lot of complications when used in excess amount, can cause lung problems including chronic obstructive lung disease like illness and also increases chances of lung cancer according to recent studies. Your WPW and pericarditis may not be related to marijuana use but i would advice you to cut down on your marijuana and eventually quit it. It is advisable to join a cessation program as they help in overcoming withdrawal and dependence and will help increase your will power.
i hope this helps
wish you a very healthy life ahead.
