Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. If your follicle has ruptured spontaneously, then there is no need to take hCG injection. hCG injection is human chorionic gonadotropin hormone which is given in infertility patients to trigger follicular rupture and hence ovulation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
