Is Lump Below Sternum And Indigestion Pain Connected?

I have found a lump below my sterrnum !ore noticeable when when I lay down...I had a Oretha breath test taken months ago for indegestion type pains which came back positive and had a 2 week course of antibiotics to solve this could this be connected or is it something serious?

No most likely they are not connected. So you need not worry. The only swelling from the abdomen in that region in an epigastric hernia. If it does not look like a hernia then they are not connected.
