welcome to Health care magic.
1.It could be just incidental age related changes that disc causing the spinal stenosis.
2.But if you already done an x-ray, if it is related to adenoid pathology, there will be bony changes seen, and vertebral collapse, wedging and lesions in the spine will be seen.
3.Some times CT may be needed to evaluate spine -in a case of carcinoma.
4.Get an appointment and get the needful investigations done.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
